Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage orders to meet customer demands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and sales teams
- Generate and update client statements in a timely manner
- Manage promotional agreements with clients to drive business growth
- Report any variances in sales strategy implementation
- Detect and address potential process critical areas
- Native or fluent German (C1) and English (C1) language proficiency
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer services support, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
- SAP familiarity is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and global organisation.
