Global Cybersecurity Expert for Digital Product Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Cybersecurity Expert to further develop our information security management at Intive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX across our global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee implementation activities regarding Intive's information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure the protection of our digital assets.
  • Communicate security procedures and guidelines to relevant stakeholders, providing periodic training and awareness campaigns to maintain a high level of security awareness.
  • Coordinate security incident handling, ensuring prompt and effective response to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Perform risk assessments for all relevant information assets at Intive, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks, practices, and projects to the Security Leadership, providing expert advice on security standards and best practices.
  • Conduct security screenings of new services, systems, applications, or processes before activation, ensuring they meet our security standards.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, particularly those from our customers.
  • Collect business metrics to measure the effectiveness of our security management program and report them to the Security Leadership.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX.
  • Hands-on experience with the implementation and certification of information security management frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of personal integrity.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with security reviews and audits.
  • Supervisory and incident management skills.
