Sales Growth Representative with Romanian-English Fluency in Krakow

We are seeking a Sales Growth Representative with Romanian-English Fluency in Krakow to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and uncovering sales opportunities for our technology client's customers.
About the Role
- You will cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
- You will work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will bring your passion to negotiate with brand knowledge to close a sale, handle objections and rebuttals during customer interactions.
- You will recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers to close the sale while identifying and handling all sale opportunities.
- You will build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets.
- You will support customers ranging from small to medium size businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology.
- You will bring your curiosity to stay on top of the trends in the technology industry.
Requirements
- You must have experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals.
- You must develop partnership and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs.
- You must have some understanding of cloud-based software.
- You must possess exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Romanian and English.
- You must have 1+ years demonstrated sales experience.
- You must have a solution-oriented mindset and be comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
- You must reside in or able to work Krakow, Poland.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is around €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
