Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our demand planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing monthly demand forecasts for all products supplied to the Europe East and Israel (EEI) region.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments, including Demand Fulfillment, local Commercial teams, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient inventory management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating 36-month forecast plans for dedicated markets within the EEI cluster
  • Collecting business intelligence from market stakeholders in the 36-month timeframe
  • Preparing and leading monthly Market Demand Review meetings, ensuring actions and follow-ups are made accordingly
  • Improving forecast accuracy and sharing best practices with colleagues to enhance regional performance
  • Driving dialogue with local Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Regulatory affairs stakeholders to meet service level objectives and optimize inventory policy

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying gaps between financial plans and statistical forecast, local demand plan, and resolving issues as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management experience, and proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

You should also have advanced Excel skills, Power BI expertise, and knowledge of planning ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving mindset. Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus travel allowance, numerous training and coaching modules, and opportunities for long-term job growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, Master's or MBA preferred
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification and/or Six Sigma an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years of demand planning experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Power BI expertise
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
