Job Title: UX Designer - Product Innovation

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team at BigTime Software. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our product team to gather and evaluate user requirements, and deliver UX flows, information architecture maps, and storyboards across low-fidelity and high-fidelity screens.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product team, stakeholders, and engineers
* Deliver UX flows, information architecture maps, and storyboards across low-fidelity and high-fidelity screens with clear storytelling on UX functionality
* Present presentations and flows to internal and external stakeholders
* Conduct generative research and usability tests with BigTime users
* Ensure design consistency through product - web and mobile applications
* Identify and troubleshoot current UX pain-points
* Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback - interviews, surveys, data, etc.
* Define and leverage established design system standards (patterns, components, stylesheets)
* Work closely with developers to implement intuitive, user-friendly designs

Requirements:

* 3+ years of proven work experience as a UX or Product Designer or similar role
* Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or relevant design field
* Experienced in wireframe tools or whiteboarding skills
* Conducted user research and testing with customers
* Skilled in visual UX design - sensitivity to typography, color, composition, hierarchy
* Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma (preferred), Sketch, InVision, Adobe, etc.
* Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders globally
* Good time-management skills
* English level must be C1
* Detail-oriented with a high quality bar
* Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Passionate about users, world-class design, and high-quality work
