We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our business within one of the largest global clients in the High-Tech & Electronics Industry. Our dynamic team at Sii Poland is dedicated to fostering connections and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct strategic research within our client's organization to identify key decision-makers aligned with our offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with identified client managers, fostering genuine interest in Sii's solutions
  • Collaborate with our technical and managerial team to craft compelling proposals and secure lucrative contracts
  • Assemble and guide high-performing project teams, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Tailor sales materials to resonate with individual client needs, showcasing the value proposition of Sii's services
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, headhunting, or a related field, with a demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, allowing you to connect with clients effectively
  • Natural relationship builder with a strong focus on detail and the ability to foster trust through professionalism
  • Collaborative individual with a positive attitude, a drive for development, and a commitment to team success
  • Quick learner with a curious mind, eager to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT landscape
About Groupe SII:

Groupe SII offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
