About the Role


This exciting opportunity requires a field sales professional to lead the charge in signing up new restaurant partners to the Wolt platform and managing their overall experience throughout the sales pipeline. As the role evolves and more restaurants are onboarded, the responsibilities will adapt accordingly.



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify potential partnerships and contact restaurants that align with Wolt's values and business goals.
  • Systematically manage the pipeline of new potential partnerships, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Analyze venue performance to set profitable business terms and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Foster a strong communication loop with the Restaurant Development Manager to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Making informed decisions by leveraging data to support intuition.


Requirements



  • Demonstrable experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working remotely, with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • A genuine passion for food and a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene.
  • Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurants, is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
