Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Excellence Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business excellence by leading strategic projects and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
  • Understand and analyze business processes within the company, focusing on efficiency, transparency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose alternative solutions.
  • Define process KPIs, methods of measuring and monitoring them.
  • Monitor project progress, handle issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct post-project analyses and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and understanding of project status and changes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in ERP and systems implementation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a Project Leader/Coordinator with a focus on Change Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
