About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Business and Systems Analysis professional to join our Global Data Privacy and Protection team at Aptiv.

The ideal candidate will have relevant OneTrust experience or be a fast learner with transferrable skills. Responsibilities include providing technical and business analysis expertise on data management, reporting, and OneTrust configuration enhancements or issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Privacy team as a technical tooling and data analysis expert.
  • Troubleshooting and providing internal technical support for all OneTrust system issues.
  • Providing proficient data analysis, modelling, cleansing, and visualisation using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Investigating OneTrust functionality and recommending solutions to satisfy business requirements.
  • Managing OneTrust communications, functionality, and configurations.
  • Providing OneTrust training to internal stakeholders.
  • Implementing OneTrust changes, including UAT design and testing.
  • Designing reporting dashboards and extracting relevant KPIs.
  • Conducting data mapping, batch uploads, data quality monitoring, and improvement.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support the Privacy Office team.
  • Supporting cross-functional data privacy process development, change, and activities.
  • Supporting technical implementations, including business support, system integrations, requirements gathering, and data management.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills.
  • Educated in a relevant field, such as Information Technology and Systems or Data Management and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of OneTrust or other Privacy Management software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • System Analysis experience.
  • Business Analysis experience.
