At ARI10 Sp. Z O.o., we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our R&D department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect business and system requirements, define use cases, model data, metrics, and analytics, and help design solution architecture.
  • Conduct business, system, and data analyses focusing on product, market, processes, and business development.
  • Manage and care for the quality of data, requirements backlog, documentation, and processes.
  • Be a product expert, knowing all the ins and outs of our product and service portfolio.
  • Define data-related OKRs, analytics, and metrics.
  • Provide data support to business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering experts.
  • Participate in meetings with business partners and third parties to understand product and data possibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data, business, or system analysis, preferably in fintech, crypto, or similar technology spaces.
  • Mastery of data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Experience translating business challenges into data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to present complex problems and processes in informative flow diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and navigation in complex data sources.
  • Excellent English language skills (Polish is not mandatory, but highly desirable at an intermediate level).

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
