To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Supply Chain Data Entry Specialist in our Global Shared Services.

About this role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to take an active part in shaping our new GBS centre and grow with a rapidly developing organization.
  • You will play a crucial role in supporting the Westinghouse supply chain for data needs, including vendor and supplier database management.
  • Your key responsibilities will include data entry, management, and maintenance, as well as coordinating document management operations to ensure permanent long-term storage and retrieval of information.
  • You will also be responsible for providing internal customers with guidance and training on Vendor Master Data, conducting root cause analysis of data quality issues, and initiating new processes changes to prevent future data quality issues.
  • In addition, you will be accountable for compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level agreements.
  • You will perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Shared Services, customer service, and/or supply chain.

">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1 year experience in Shared Services, customer service, and/or supply chain.
  • Fluency in both English and a minimum one other language is highly desirable (French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Bulgarian).
  • Good customer service skills, strong administrative abilities, and organizational skills are essential.
  • You should have good verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to understand process efficiency and propose improvements when required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint is desired.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional cost of living considerations.
