Job Summary

As a Service Integration Portfolio Manager at HITACHI ENERGY SERVICES SP. Z O.O., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and professional program and project management services to stakeholders. You will facilitate the successful delivery of Service Integration demands and projects, and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies.
  • Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of projects from Initiate to Close.
  • Facilitate internal and supplier meetings.
  • Determine communication plans.
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations.
  • Create project status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls.
  • Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders.
  • Measure and report progress of team.
  • Manage a team of project managers.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles.
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change.
  • Comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones.
