You will play a key role in the success of our quality assurance team by managing and coordinating the test process across all phases of the software development cycle, from planning to execution and reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage test plans based on project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Plan and manage the development, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality standards.
  • Coordinate and train a team of business and IT testers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Provide input to updates for the overall Test Strategy and Test Policy at UI.
  • Liaise with development and product teams to ensure testing activities are effectively integrated and quality objectives are met.
  • Perform risk analyses and identify potential quality issues early in the development process.
  • Monitor and report on the status of test activities and results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices throughout the testing process.
  • Manage and optimize requirements towards test environments, test data, and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
