As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you'll play a critical role in selecting and managing our global supply chain of commodities. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality products on time, in full, and at globally competitive costs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Work proactively with Supply Management Specialists to manage complex commodities and supply bases.
  • Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to ensure parts availability.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned suppliers, monitoring and improving their performance.
  • Clarify quantity discrepancies between invoices and physical deliveries.
  • Coordinate and execute inventory plans using systems parameters and material replenishment strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply base performance.
  • Resolve shipping and receiving problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers.

Our Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  • Experience in specific areas of Supply Management, such as supplier integration, strategic supply management, and supplier development (at least 3 years).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to think analytically and logically.
  • Communicativeness and ability to work in a group.
  • Good organization of working time.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
