As a Senior Azure Data Engineer at C&F S.A., you will play a key role in supporting our global customers in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry by building innovative big data products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data pipelines for acquisition, exploration, cleaning, integration, analysis, interpretation, and visualization;
  • Create scalable data processing and analytics architectures using Azure services such as Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, and Azure SQL;
  • Ingest data sources into data management platforms and structure data for easy understanding and scalability;
  • Analyze and maintain existing solutions, optimizing performance and implementing data quality checks;
  • Design and manage tools to automate operational processes and work in a multi-disciplined team to turn data discoveries into models and insights;
  • Provide direct client support and propose improvements;

What You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Azure and 5+ years in large-scale data management, visualization, and analytics;
  • Hands-on knowledge of Azure services such as Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Factory;
  • Good understanding of Azure as a platform and experience working with clients on projects;
  • Strong SQL and Python skills and intermediate-level expertise in Azure DevOps/GitHub;
  • Ability to work in small, technical groups and communicate complex ideas simply;
  • Experience working on international projects;
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and strong English language skills;
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
