Business Development Representative for Payments Technology

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with Worldline, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on generating new business opportunities.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with the business development team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met. Your responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives
- Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities
- Setting appointments and following up on leads
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Performing effective online demos to prospects
- Tracking progress towards meeting goals and reporting to Managers
- Collaborating with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in account acquisition, business development, or sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Fluent in English and Italian
