About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Kingfisher. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business leaders in making informed decisions by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation process of budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and consultations to support business decisions.
  • Create value from converting financial data into business insights.
  • Lead different projects, including standardization and improvements.
  • Perform variance analysis and commentary.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Prepare reports for various stakeholders.
  • End-to-end month-end closing process.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit, or similar related finance functions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to derive conclusions from financial data.
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or Mathematics.
  • Basic understanding of IFRS or local GAAP.
  • Upper-intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, other financial systems, and databases will be an asset.
  • Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Attention to details.
