About the Role

This position plays a key role in the provision of end-to-end client service, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and queries. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day deliverables, performing checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and queries.
  • Work as a subject matter expert on Portfolio Services functions.
  • Assist in gathering and preparing project information by attending and facilitating client and internal meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders to aid successful delivery of service.
  • Drive review of Operating Models, Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Act as the escalation contact for Client Middle Office Teams on more complex queries/issues/breaks requiring end-to-end portfolio services support.
  • Assist in the analysis of current/proposed processes and recommend solutions and process improvements.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management, actively working with other team members to build team spirit.
