Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and ensure continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, and productivity in finance processes supported by the GBS center.
  • Implement process changes and automations.
  • Analyze and map financial processes, supporting the design of procedures.
  • Analyze, calculate, and report KPIs.
  • Manage user expectations and collaborate across the enterprise.
  • Provide training and coach the team in daily work, focusing on tools like PowerBI and MS Excel, Sharepoint.
  • Follow all internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in financial processes in SSC/BPO environments.
  • Experience in financial audit/consulting is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in PowerBI (query building, dashboard design).
  • Ability to work with ERP-class systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt certification is valuable).
  • Knowledge of processes including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries, cash collection.
  • Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
