Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This package includes a comprehensive benefits program, which we will outline below.

Job Description

This role is part of our Integrity of Regulatory Reporting Programme (IRR) for Europe, focusing on delivering an uplifted control environment for prudential returns. As a key member of our team, you will support the implementation of a sustainable regulatory reporting framework, ensuring compliance with IRR control standards and design requirements. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient coordination and consistent communication across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. Strong project management experience and knowledge
  2. Experience and knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, Process & Controls, and/or a clear aptitude and desire to learn. Understanding of the role of Regulators and of the purpose and context of Regulatory Reporting. Finance and Regulatory audit background desirable. Capability to solve problems, initiative to spot improvements, and highly collaborative. Track record of delivering change projects efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and ability to articulate complex/technical information clearly.
