Customer Success Manager

At Worldline, we're shaping the evolution of the payments technology industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients' success by monitoring and improving our processes.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong operational customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on customer performance and service quality
  • Mitigating and solving escalations through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

We're looking for a skilled and results-driven professional with:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and connect with various stakeholders
  • Strong persuasion and closing skills
  • Results-oriented and proactive attitude
