LQA Project Manager: Game Quality Assurance Leader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LQA Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality localization projects for the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing international teams, driving forecasting processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational ownership of assigned clients, including monitoring project status and proactively sharing updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead an international team of QA Project Leads, Senior QA Technicians, and QA Technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Drive forecasting processes, monitor quality and delivery status, and communicate relevant information to clients and internal teams.
  • Support commercial or management-level discussions with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Proactively identify staffing and resourcing needs, ensuring timely allocation of resources to meet project demands.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a LQA environment, preferably as a LQA Project Lead or Manager.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with financial figures and cost tracking, including revenue, margins, and financial considerations.
  • Good IT literacy, including MS-Office suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to use metrics and data to justify requests and drive business decisions.
