Our -month Future Leaders Programme is designed to fast-track the careers of exceptional graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for finance and technology.


Participants will rotate through various business functions, engaging in a month-long offsite training at a key IG location, and gaining insights into our industry-leading products and connecting with senior leaders.


Throughout the programme, participants will experience hands-on learning in areas such as Dealing, Product, Risk, Compliance, Commercial AI, and Data Science. With mentorship and development workshops, you'll cultivate the skills needed to become impactful leaders in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Actively participate in a one-month training programme to gain insights into our products, services, business model, purpose, strategy, and leadership behaviours.
  • Engage in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
  • Contribute to global strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake curated off-the-job training throughout the -month programme to gain essential commercial and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with other programme participants, senior leaders, and mentors to foster professional growth and development.

Requirements:



  • Recent graduates (with three years or less experience) and those predicted to graduate in .
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, math, science, engineering, or similar.
  • First professional experience gained during or after studies (work, internships, student organizations).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Basic coding experience.
