Job Description


As a Shift Lead at Wolt, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring a team of support professionals during busy shifts. Your primary goal will be to ensure an efficient operation and provide an excellent customer experience.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven track record in previous/other support roles with a strong focus on KPIs and feedback from colleagues;
  • Able to give constructive feedback in an empathetic way;
  • Proficient multitasker with an analytical mind;
  • Fluent in Polish and English;
  • Ability to work full-time and flexible schedules between 7 AM and 2 AM.
