Job Description
As a Shift Lead at Wolt, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring a team of support professionals during busy shifts. Your primary goal will be to ensure an efficient operation and provide an excellent customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in previous/other support roles with a strong focus on KPIs and feedback from colleagues;
- Able to give constructive feedback in an empathetic way;
- Proficient multitasker with an analytical mind;
- Fluent in Polish and English;
- Ability to work full-time and flexible schedules between 7 AM and 2 AM.
