About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated French speaking Trading Services Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to French-speaking clients across phone, email, web chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Answer queries from our client base on all of our products and platforms.
  • Resolve trade queries and disputes.
  • Deal and execute trades for our clients over the phone after relevant training.
  • Offer technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages.
  • Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.
  • Participate in and run various local and international projects or initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in primary support in French language (written and spoken).
  • Fluent competency in English (verbal and written).
  • Real interest in investments, finances, or currency trading.
  • Any experience in finances is desirable.
  • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confidence to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Literacy in MS Office.
  • Desirable: experience of working within a financial or banking environment, or experience of working in a client servicing team or sales.
