Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious Procurement Intern is being sought by EVERUPTIVE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĘ to join our Krakow-based team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, develop essential skills, and contribute to the growth of our Business Services organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies, collaborating with the Sourcing team to drive value and efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high-quality products.
  • Align orders with customer requirements, leveraging ERP systems and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure precision and excellence.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant policies and procedures, promoting compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Valid student status, pursuing a degree at a reputable university.
  • Excellent English language skills (at least B2 level), with proficiency in Italian also highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Minimum 30 hours/week availability, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
