Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate domestic and international transports, including road, air, sea, and CEP shipments.
  • Advise customers on shipment options and provide notifications to transport forwarders or customer's forwarders.
  • Organize premium freights and create necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports.
  • Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely delivery and optimal logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with interfaces, including sales, carriers, shipping agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Support project implementations and roll-outs in all stages.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Commercial education, such as an apprenticeship in industrial or logistics management, or a degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • First working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with transport processes and administration is preferred.
  • SAP skills are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases, such as Access or SQL.
  • Good English language skills are required; German is an asset.
