Job Description:

As a Multimedia Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Paid Media strategy across multiple European countries. You will drive performance across channels such as Paid Social and Display, ensuring media investments deliver maximum returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the Paid Media strategy across European countries (Paid Social, Display, and other channels)
  • Optimizing performance and maximizing return on media investments
  • Managing relationships with agencies, budget owners, and other internal stakeholders
  • Activating cross-market campaigns through our hub organization
  • Collaborating with teams across regions to ensure seamless execution of media strategies

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Paid Media campaigns
  • Prior experience from an agency background with strong expertise in Paid Social
  • Excellent commercial acumen and data-driven, results-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for future campaigns
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus
