We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our PV/Onshore construction division. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of construction operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

About the Role
  • Lead a diverse team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture responsible for recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
  • Manage the end-to-end construction processes for multiple PV/onshore projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, acting as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters.
  • Develop and control the construction budget, optimize expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior management and make informed decisions based on financial data.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with project construction. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications in project management or renewable energy would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the renewable energy sector, specifically in PV/onshore projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial construction budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a commitment to developing staff.
