About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Sales Specialist to join our Regional Oral Care Market Strategy & Planning team at Procter & Gamble. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our oral care market strategy and planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own key processes and tools to bring category team's innovation launches, sales strategies, and in-store executions to life across Oral Care Europe.
  • Prepare and analyze key projects such as tracking reports, competitive summaries, market dynamics, and sales strategies to enable business and category growth.
  • Learn and expertly use P&G systems and software to facilitate business needs.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with multi-functional resources, account handlers, and agency contacts to deliver joint business goals.
  • Provide team support for meeting/convention logistics, registration, and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Early experience in similar commercial roles in multinational environments, preferably in Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or similar industries.
  • Prior expertise in working with planograms will be an advantage.
  • Strong planning and follow-through skills.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • MsOffice proficiency, with experience working with Excel required.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
