Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at MyGwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for processing invoices, credit and debit notes, and providing excellent customer service to external clients and operational businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices, credit and debit notes: Enter the invoices received from the supplier in the local ERP system.
- Provide excellent customer service: Respond to external clients, vendors, and operational businesses in a timely and professional manner.
- Coaching, supporting, and training less experienced team members: Share your knowledge and experience with the team to ensure they have the skills and support they need to succeed.
- Involvement in automation and other process-related projects: Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Month-end reports: Generate AP reports at the end of the month and ensure timely posting of month-end close.

Requirements:

- University studies in accounting, administration, economics, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the AP area, with SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Solid level of English: Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken forms.
- Spanish knowledge: A plus.
- Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete tasks.
- Sense of urgency and ownership: Willingness to take ownership of tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive, open, and communicative personality: Ability to work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively.
