About the Role

The Business Support Specialist with German will play a key role in delivering high-level cross-divisional and cross-country service and superior customer satisfaction to Sales & Marketing organizations. This role will serve as a point of contact for the business, internal customers, agencies, and other functions by providing coordination, execution, and administrative support in the assigned functional area.

The primary focus will be on relieving the sales teams of administrative details and creating efficiency, process consistency, and alignment across Europe, always in compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Sales & Marketing Requests (IRFs) for Healthcare Professionals' interactions, events, and activities in the Internal system.
  • Maintaining internal knowledge databases.
  • Serving as a reference contact person for selected countries' sales & Marketing teams.
  • Managing various tasks to ensure agreed leadtimes and KPIs are met.
  • Taking care of the overall process flow to ensure teams in collaboration follow agreed deadlines and procedures.
  • Providing support and guidance, training within the Team, and collaborating with Business Support team members when needed.
  • Developing internal documents and administrative procedures when needed.
  • Proposing and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in Shared Services/BPO or in the administrative department is preferred.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) knowledge and digital tools will be valued.
  • Meeting and event planning and organization experience will be a plus.
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Process-orientation and process improvement mindset.
