About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our Audience Measurement team at The Nielsen Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day client support, including setup and training, to build strong and value-added relationships.
  • Manage daily incoming client calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to maintain client knowledge of our delivery platforms and data.
  • Prepare presentation materials to drive client engagement, added value, and repeat business.
  • Generate client data reports and assist the delivery team in preparing data files.
  • Execute client report delivery and be responsible for the post-sales client onboarding process.
  • Work closely with Sales colleagues to ensure contract renewal and identify growth opportunities across a portfolio of products.
  • Answer client queries about methodology or data reporting and support ongoing Customer Education.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Strategy Team to help improve platform offerings.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to interpret data and experience in running reports or using data-based applications.
  • Competency in MS Office or Google products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • An enthusiastic team player, highly motivated, and capable of working proactively.
  • Results-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
