We are seeking a highly skilled Records and Information Specialist to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer master data records.

About the Role:

  • Restore contracts with clients responsible for 80% of revenue in DACH countries, validating key master data and reconciling it with clients' legal documents.
  • Locate physical or scanned copies of valid contracts, and initiate new document signatures with clients as needed.
  • Clean up customer information settings across various systems and set a history of previous price increases.
  • Scan restored contracts to create a repository and database.
  • Collect customer critical master data, identifying historical non-standard requirements in contracts.
  • Clean and reconcile client hierarchies across SalesForce, Ops systems, and Oracle in line with Lightspeed recommendations.
  • Eliminate duplicated or obsolete accounts across systems.
  • Develop solutions to avoid master data mistakes in business-as-usual mode.
  • Supervise a group of 3-5 master data specialists working on document restoration and data clean-up.
  • Analyze data integrity, conduct audits, and identify problem areas to rectify inaccuracies.
  • Provide expert solutions to intricate business problems, requiring deep understanding of organizational objectives and data intricacies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to design and implement data quality initiatives.
  • Set up and analyze reports of data errors for ongoing inter-departmental communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
  • Quick adaptability to change, understanding of data quality principles, and detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrates ownership and accountability.
  • Minimum 2 years related functional customer master data experience.
