We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Team at Mettler Toledo.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage the entire lifecycle of PLM projects, from initiation to full delivery. You will be responsible for end-to-end process design, user testing, training, and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, conducting comprehensive requirement analysis and detailed interviews with business units and users.
  • Prioritize requirements and drive conceptual design of potential PLM solutions, working closely with process experts across different functional areas.
  • Develop and present Business Cases for proposed PLM solutions, facilitating senior management in decision-making processes.
  • Regularly report project progress, risks, and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management.
  • Act as a process advisor and cross-process consultant for the business and PLM product teams throughout the project delivery cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Extensive project management experience (minimum 3 years), preferably in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with a customer focus and networking abilities.
  • Analytical, organized, and effective at prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
  • Critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
