Customer Success Specialist

Triumph International is a leading global company in the intimate apparel industry, with a presence in over 80 countries. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers in the Swedish and English-speaking markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all customer interactions across various communication channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Acting as the voice of our customers, translating their needs into excellent customer experiences through all touch points.
  • Performing returns management, including return request management and sending agreed documents to customers.
  • Maintaining customer information management and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Creating credit/debit memos on time and in the correct manner.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
