Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Organon, a leading global healthcare company focused on delivering ingenious health solutions for women and their families. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving forecast accuracy across the Europe East and Israel (EEI) region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 36-month forecast plans for dedicated markets within the EEI cluster, leveraging advanced analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Collect and analyze business intelligence from market stakeholders to inform forecasting decisions.
  • Lead monthly Market Demand Review meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and improve forecast accuracy for the region, sharing best practices with colleagues to enhance overall performance.
  • Drive dialogue with local Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders to meet service level objectives and optimize inventory policy.
  • Identify gaps between financial plans and statistical forecasts, resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Support demand aspects for product launches, new product introductions/deletions, and governance processes.
  • Provide demand input to Distribution & Logistics for inventory optimization and timely supply delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enable timely supply and uninterrupted delivery in the markets.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to achieve a 36-month consensus plan in the market, working closely with Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Lead collaboration with Commercial Managers and Customer Service to reduce discards and drive business growth.
  • Manage and resolve escalated supply issues proactively.
  • Streamline and standardize processes within the demand planning team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification, or Six Sigma certification advantageous.
  • Minimum 4 years of demand planning experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, particularly in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience, with proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
  • Awareness of planning ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with flexibility and adaptability to change.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide travel allowance, numerous training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your professional growth and well-being.
