At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Analytics Expert to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing BI tools and systems that drive financial insights and decision-making across the region.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in finance and analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and modeling, as well as experience with BI software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

As a Finance and Analytics Expert, you will work closely with IT specialists to customize BI solutions that support financial strategies and business objectives. You will also educate and train sales and finance team members on new BI tools to promote a data-driven decision-making culture.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of BI projects, delivering them on time and within budget. You will also provide guidance on financial data analysis, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies. Additionally, you will champion continuous improvement in business processes through the innovative use of BI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement BI tools and systems that meet regional business needs
  • Customize BI solutions that support financial strategies and business objectives
  • Educate and train sales and finance team members on new BI tools
  • Manage a portfolio of BI projects
  • Provide guidance on financial data analysis, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in finance and BI tool implementation
  • Business partnering experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and modeling
  • General knowledge of SAP CO-PA, SAP BEx Analyzer, and master data most used items (customer hierarchies, field organization)
  • Experience with BI software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, life insurance, lunch subsidy, and social events, you will also receive stock purchase program options and an attractive remuneration package based on your skills and experience.
