About the Role

Profitroom, a global hospitality software technology company, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. As part of our Data team, you will work closely with business stakeholders across the company, positioning yourself at the heart of our decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and Performance Reporting: Lead the evolution of tracking by bridging traditional analytics with advanced cookieless solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless, accurate data capture that connects every touchpoint—from ads to conversion—unlocking transformative insights and growth.
  • Campaign Tracking and Enhancement: Track and evaluate the impact of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on key KPIs such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates. Develop and propose strategies to elevate campaign performance, helping us reach and exceed business goals.
  • Analytics Expertise and Collaboration: Serve as the go-to expert in Google Analytics and tracking, providing advanced troubleshooting, guidance, and training to teams. Work closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and aligned data insights across the organisation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and previous experience with tagging or/and with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager). Strong experience in tracking.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python and/or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail, with a strong knowledge of statistics.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English.
