Lead Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll production across the EMEA region. As a Team Leader, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and lead a team of experienced Senior Payroll Specialists.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of payroll processes, including statutory and tax payments, and be able to manage end-to-end payroll under tight deadlines. Effective communication with all stakeholders is crucial in this role, as well as supervising vendors to ensure compliance with payroll requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering payroll on time, meeting tight deadlines;
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll processes;
  • Supervising vendors to ensure compliance with payroll regulations;
  • Performing regular checks and reconciliations on payroll data;
  • Supporting the team during periods of absence;
  • Driving process improvements across EMEA countries;
  • Maintaining accurate payroll analytics for reporting purposes.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in payroll within an SME organization in the EMEA region;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Experience working with senior management;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Ability to communicate complex payroll information effectively to non-payroll stakeholders.
