Job Description

Bruker is a leading analytical instrumentation company enabling scientists to make breakthrough discoveries. As a junior HR Administration Specialist with German, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support services to employees and managers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for email and telephone inquiries from employees and managers.
  • Administer employees' data during the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
  • Manage time-off requests, including sick leaves and long-term absences.
  • Prepare employee documents, such as offer letters and contracts, and assist with the hiring process.
  • Liaise with external service providers and coordinate their activities.
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular reviews to ensure data integrity.
  • Produce reports and documents related to personnel activities.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1 level) and French language skills are a plus.
  • First work experience in HR.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools, including HRIS systems like SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
