Job Description

Digital Manager - We are seeking a strategic Digital Manager to lead our ecommerce media efforts. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in digital media and ecommerce, with a comprehensive understanding of the local landscape, including influencer marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Act as a digital and ecommerce media advocate, employing a customer-centric approach to media planning and focusing on enhancing e-marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop and facilitate the implementation of a robust digital strategy, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Take ownership of coordinating the ecommerce activation roadmap, aligning it with categories, brands, customers, and channels.
  • Formulate and execute a data-driven ecommerce activation strategy, ensuring the creation of top-notch ecommerce content in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Strategically plan and oversee performance-driven ecommerce media activities, including retail media and performance-based models.
  • Devise and manage lead acquisition campaigns to support L'Oreal Luxe's business objectives.
  • Oversee the ecommerce content creation process, collaborating with the agency to develop best-in-class content for ecommerce purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic mindset and willingness to engage in hands-on work when necessary.
  • Expertise in digital media and ecommerce, with the ability to align it with business needs.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms and enthusiasm for implementing innovative tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape, including influencer marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
