Job Title: Corporate Active Directory Solutions Architect

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid Work Model)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Active Directory Solutions Architect for a long-term project in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing identity and access for thousands of users within companies' Azure tenants and on-premises Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the daily management and upkeep of complex on-premises Active Directory environments, including associated systems like Entra ID Connect and ADFS.
  • Engage in new initiatives aimed at modernizing, enhancing, and securing on-premises Active Directory environments.
  • Assist with tasks and projects that support customers and other teams with identity and authentication solutions.
  • Involvement in compliance-related activities, focusing on process improvements and documentation.
  • Collaboration and sharing expertise with colleagues for mutual learning and support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory (management and development) in complex organizations.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Security (hardening, security, enhancing application security, and authentication/authorization (identity management)).
  • Structured approach, advanced communication skills, ability to act independently, and experience working in a bigger organization.
  • English language work proficiency (min. B2+/C1 level).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.
  • Experience working with Jira.
