Job Overview

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of ADAS tools for autonomous driving systems. This involves prioritizing and refining the backlog in cooperation with engineering, communicating with customers to understand their expectations, analyzing technical and business requirements, establishing and monitoring performance metrics, and communicating project status to product management and executives.

You will also lead scrum/team meetings and check the implementation status. Additionally, you will collaborate with software development Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Leads, and Architects.

Requirements
  • Good knowledge of software engineering tools supporting the product development process.
  • Ability to communicate technical project aspects with the team.
  • Successful collaboration with the team of software development engineers.
  • Excellent 360-degree communication and teamwork skills.
  • Expertise in Scrum-based agile engineering methodology.
  • Recommended experience as product owner, systems engineer, software lead, or architect.
  • Experience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence, or Polarion.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in C++, Python, Javascript, or other high-level development languages.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or science, e.g., electronics, telecommunication, robotics, software engineering, computer science, physics.
  • Camera-based computer vision systems.
