Job Title: GL Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled GL Accountant to join our team at Vantiva. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing the month-end close process, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements
  • Cooperate with external institutions, auditors, and internal clients to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data in our accounting system
  • Measure and optimize accounting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Report financial results in relevant systems and ensure balance sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare and verify financial reports, statements, and analysis
  • Calculate monthly accruals and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Post and reconcile payroll
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • University degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel ability
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and act as an agent of change
  • Openness to changes and ability to present results
  • High degree of personal organization, self-reliance, and positive attitude
