Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. This role will focus on overseeing remote art teams and collaborating with producers and art directors to ensure high-quality products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the production of Call of Duty games, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional quality standards.
  • Work closely with art directors to shape the game's artistic vision and direction, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with remote art teams, fostering clear communication and shared project goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration between development teams, art directors, and other departments, including QA.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, making proactive decisions to ensure project success, particularly in art production and critical areas.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and techniques for efficient risk management and task scheduling.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and successes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth and achievements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality AAA video games on time and within budget.
  • A deep understanding of the video game development process, particularly in art, design, and QA.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to manage risks, anticipate potential issues, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project timeline and quality.
  • The capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, with fluency in Spanish being an added advantage.
Salary

Our estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
