We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with Greek to join our team at LeasingTeam Professional.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Greek (C1 level).
Salary DetailsA competitive salary of 6,500 PLN gross monthly is offered for this full-time employment contract position.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
- Provide proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service.
- Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred.
