Customer Service Role in LeasingTeam Group

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Greek Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
  • Provide proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Greek (C1 level) and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, tourism, or airline industries is preferred.
