Job Overview

Celorins Data Analyst role plays a crucial part in transforming and preparing supply chain data for analysis, collaborating with SCM teams to understand data-related challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights.
  • Collaborate with SCM teams within assigned factories to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Interpret Celonis data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance process visibility, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Work closely with the data management team to design and implement Action Flows that meet business needs.
  • Leverage statistical and advanced analytics methods to uncover hidden patterns and trends, driving business insights and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to improve business operations and drive efficiencies.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and visualizations to support business stakeholders and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
