Senior Controls Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our Controls & Automation Department in Krakow Engineering Center. As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be working on deliveries of subsea control units and auxiliaries and collaborating closely with the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define system requirements for Controls Scope
  • Work with Client's requirements, standards, and codes
  • Design complex subsea and topside equipment and systems
  • Create, maintain, and review engineering documents
  • Contribute to technical meetings and create meeting minutes and reports
  • Follow-up and coordinate other engineering disciplines
  • Coordinate with other project team members
  • Provide input to engineering documentation and project schedule

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in one of the engineering fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent
  • Knowledge about Industrial control systems, instruments, power cabinets
  • 4 years of relevant professional experience on similar position
  • Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, AutoCAD, or NX will be an asset
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, process, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to travel to other TechnipFMC facilities
